The role of the youth committee is:
- To act as an intermediary between the musicians and the organization during the Eurochestries Festivals.
- To spread the philosophy of Eurochestries among all young people.
- To represent the will and perception of young people at the Congress.
- To assist the management team and with the organization. To have knowledge of how Eurochestries operates (important for the future of Eurochestries International and the continuation of the festivals).
- To seek out new musicians, chamber groups and orchestras to participate in the Eurochestries.

Discover the participation requirements below!
- To be serious, responsible and committed to the Eurochestries.
- Be over 15 years old and under 25 years old.
- To have participated in at least two different Eurochestries festivals.
- Having received the green light from the president of Eurochestries International, Claude Révolte, the administrative team (director, vice-presidents, etc.), and the spokesperson for the youth committee Pedro Gálvez and the main members (Rémy Wang and Matilde Kivisilla).
- Having a tutor or mentor in the Eurochestries administrative team.
- To understand and have in mind and soul the philosophy of Eurochestries; and to apply it in one's life.
- Being able to speak English and, if possible, having at least a basic understanding of French.
