President Eurochestries 17 Director of the Festival Claude REVOLTE Anne BERNARD		Eurochestries Charente-Maritime from 01 to 13 August 2010 Cities of Jonzac and Pons
	This Festival is the oldest of our network and welcomes every year between 250 and 300 instrumentalists coming from whole Europe and sometimes from the whole world because our Federation got closer to Russia, to China, to India, to Brazil and to Quebec. It is also the longest Festival with a meeting of almost two weeks, punctuated with around thirty concerts spread on all the territory of Charente-Maritime. Every morning of the Festival are used for the rehearsals of the European groups constituted by the orchestras of any nationalities, in order to prepare the two closing concerts which take place every year in Jonzac and in Pons.
	The reception is made within the Secondary school of Pons, and sometimes completed by Jonzac's. This place allows us to insure a well-balanced catering as well as a friendly and nice place of life. These infrastructures situated in the city centers of the cities of Pons and Jonzac allow the instrumentalists to visit easily these medieval and thermal towns which are respectively Pons and Jonzac.
	Furthermore, the Festival is anchored between earth and sea, allowing us to offer to our musical hosts varied tourist discoveries, going from Atlantic Coasts to the hillsides of the countries of Cognac and Pineau
