Due to her knowledge of the musical educational network and the organization of the collective practices, Anne Bernard has the responsibility of the administrative follow-up of the Federation of the Eurochestries' Festivals as well as the management of the European and international network.

Independent provider, Françoise LOZE has the responsibility of the countable administration of the accounting of the Federation of the Festivals Eurochestries. She besides has to assure the budgetary and accounting part of the demands of subsidies relative to the activities of the Federation.

Employee by the Federation of the Festivals Eurochestries, Michaël HAPIOT has to assure the follow-up of the European subsidy and lead initiatives necessary for the obtaining of new sources of financing. He also has for mission the administration of the web site and the policy of communication, more particularly the logistics relative to the realization of the DVD and the audio CD of the Federation of the Festivals Eurochestries.
