The Eurochestries Festival in Russia was born in 2005 on the initiative of Natalia Riabova, director of Roza Vetrov, and Viktor Khudoley, director of the Khanty-Mansyisk of the Russian Music Academy. Like the other festivals of our network, these young instrumentalists bringing together from all over Europe will meet for ten days between Moscow and Khanty-Mansyisk both to play their own repertoire at the fifteen concerts in the territory, but also work together for a common work to be performed at the concert by the "great European orchestra" created for the event.

The Festival, which is held every 2 years, welcomes each time more than 250 musicians for a dozen of concerts in the autonomous territory of Khanty-Mansyisk and Moscow for the big concert.

The reception takes place during the Festival in Khanty-Mansyisk and then in Moscow on the occasion of the great concerts in the capital. The musicians will discover the excessive distances of Russia, traveling by bus and plane.

   These days which will
bring together high talented young instrumentalists is also an opportunity to visit the most famous tourist sites but also to discover the rich natural resources of the beautiful region of Khanty-Mansyisk.
